We are excited to welcome you and your family to our school community. If you are new to the district, we look forward to assisting you with the enrollment process for your child(ren).

Each of our schools is proud to welcome new families and offers campus tours upon request. New students should enroll in the school they are zoned for, based on their residential address. If you are unsure of your school zone, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Before You Enroll
- Determine Your Child's Zone/appropriate school.
- Acquire/Bring Birth Certificate
- Acquire/Bring Immunization Records
- Acquire/Bring Proof of Residence.
How to Enroll
All registration steps take place at your child's zone school. All required forms must be fully completed, printed, and submitted along with the following required documents:
- Proof of Birth: Acceptable documents include a government-issued birth certificate, valid passport, or official immigration papers.
- Custody Documentation (if applicable): Adoption decrees or other legal custody documents issued by a court.
- Immunization Records: A current Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate, signed by either the child’s doctor or the local health department.
- Recent Physical Exam: Documentation showing a physical examination conducted within the last 12 months.
- Proof of Residence: Submit a current gas, water, or electric bill. If the utility bill or lease is not in the parent or guardian’s name, the person listed must also provide a notarized statement verifying the student and guardian live at that address, along with the utility bill and/or lease.
- Previous School Information: Provide the name and address of the child’s most recent school. The new school will formally request student records.
Please deliver the completed enrollment packet and all necessary documents to the school for which your child is zoned. Note that some schools may have designated times for accepting enrollment paperwork—check the school’s website or contact the main office for details. Email submissions of enrollment materials will not be accepted.
